Massage therapy that is uniquely designed to provide both medical and therapeutic benefits
Combining massage therapy with chiropractic care amplifies the benefits of both by targeting pain, improving circulation, and accelerating recovery. Massages focus on muscles and tissues, while chiropractic adjustments restore motion to the spine and joints, offering faster pain relief and promoting a pain-free life. Together, these therapies enhance blood flow, reduce tension, stimulate endorphin release, and are especially effective for active individuals recovering from sports or injuries. At Aspen Falls Wellness, we are dedicated to rejuvenating and revitalizing your body through our unique blend of therapeutic massage and chiropractic care.
For your comfort and in line with legal requirements, appropriate draping is used during all massage sessions. You can undress to your comfort level and will be covered by a sheet and blanket throughout the session. If you require additional coverings or have any concerns, please inform your therapist.
Each session at Aspen Falls is customized to your specific needs. Upon arrival, your massage therapist will discuss your focus areas and create a personalized massage plan.
At Aspen Falls Wellness, we prioritize the patient experience, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere to foster genuine healing. We believe in a holistic approach to health, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying factors contributing to your well-being.

"I am so grateful to have found Aspen Falls!!! They are absolutely amazing! I herniated my disc in my low back and Dr Hedstrom has helped me go from bed ridden to better than I felt even before I hurt myself. I have 5 children and was struggling to get my core back and I feel stronger in my core and more amazing every day! They are workable with my schedule and everyone there is the best."
"The best chiropractors on the planet you always want to go to this wellness center. They're not like other chiropractic. They really care about you and give you individualized attention to your what your needs are. And they're just an all-around wonderful wonderful place and thank heavens for them or I probably wouldn't walk very well."
"I’ve been going to chiropractors for almost 3 decades. The team at Aspen Falls spinal care are phenomenal. It’s a literally a one stop shop that includes chiropractic physical therapy, massage therapy and more. The staff is incredible, supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility and all three doctors there. Physically, I am significantly better after only 30 days."
"The place is neat and clean. All the staff are also competent, attentive and friendly. I like Liana's treatment very much because she combines acupuncture and massage. It works great on me. I can feel the energy running through my body for the rest of the day and sometimes even longer. She has helped me very much with my condition."
It depends on your goals. Some clients with chronic pain visit us once a week in order to alleviate their pain. Other clients may plan a monthly appointment so they can enjoy our amazing service. If you’re coming in to treat yourself or to relieve a temporary pain, then once or twice may be plenty.
For people in certain situations and or who have certain conditions, massage therapy may not be recommended. If you have an infectious skin disease, a rash, or an open wound, we cannot give you a massage. For those who have recently had surgery, have just undergone chemotherapy or radiation, are prone to blood clots, or are pregnant, it is best to consult a doctor before your massage. If you have bruises, inflamed skin, tumors, hernias, or a recent fracture, please let your massage therapist know so that we can avoid these areas.
Of course! Contrary to what most people believe, you’re welcome to talk during your appointment. Talking during the appointment is welcome, especially if you would like your therapist to focus on a certain spot or if you’re uncomfortable. Most people choose not to talk during their massage as it is more relaxing, but there is no rule preventing you from speaking up if or when you want to.
Deep tissue massages are supposed to reach deep into your muscles, but they shouldn’t hurt. We want you to experience healing and soothing in your problem areas but we still want you to have a relaxing time. They will likely be harder than you’ve experienced with regular massages, but if you’re in pain, let your therapist know, and they will lessen the pressure that they use on you.
